Casa Delphine is a hidden nightmare. we didn’t have air conditioning for our entire stay, and good luck trying to get WiFi at night. The staff practically ignored my requests for a room change. Almost left a positive review, but I couldn’t, since I expected better treatment for such a so-called luxury hotel.
